The quality of Virginia wine is without question at this point. From the purchase of the acclaimed RdV Vineyards by the owners of Bordeaux's Château Montrose, to having its Northern Virginia region and Monticello AVA hailed as "America's Next Great Wine Destination" in Forbes and as the "Wine Region of the Year" in Wine Enthusiast, respectively, it all seems to be coming up aces for VA wine. But, that wasn't always the case—the road to get here was long (VA winemaking is oldddd)—and wine growers face almost constant climatic hurdles. Despite the challenges and skepticism of yore, Linden has been leading the charge of fine Virginia wine for decades.

Join us as we welcome special guest speaker Alex Wilde from Linden Vineyards! Linden is an absolute icon of Virginia wine, and we owe a great debt to these pioneers for all the acclaim this up-and-coming wine region enjoys today. We will taste six wines with paired, heavy snacks provided by the Revel kitchen.
