Some nights, you don't need a glass of wine to unwind; you just need a little space to breathe.

Join us on the shop floor for Truly Unwined, an evening of gentle movement and sound healing with two wonderful local wellness practitioners. Lisa of Salty Birds Wellness - yoga teacher and all-around guide for slowing down and coming back to yourself - will lead us through some light, accessible stretching to help you arrive, settle in, and shake off the day. Then we'll sink into a full candle-lit sound bath guided by Jeanine of Spiritual Enhancements, a trained Vibrational Sound Therapy practitioner who uses therapeutic singing bowls to calm the mind, ease tension, and restore a sense of balance.

No experience necessary. No pressure to perform. Just come as you are, and bring your mat.

$40 per person | BYOM (bring your own mat). Limited to 18 people.
