Georg Schmelzer's Pet Nat, the Dion is a balanced cuvée of Welschriesling and Sämling. Despite its natural fermentation in the bottle (dry in terms of sugar), it has a peachy, aromatic taste. The Pannonian microclimate of Burgenland, Austria and the sandy soil contribute to its fine, pleasant acidity.
