Violin Wine was started in 2013 by Will Hamilton, focused on producing elegant and age-worthy Pinot noir and Chardonnay through partnership with a select group of farmers dedicated to the highest possible quality in the vineyard.  Gentle extraction, minimal intervention, and extended aging promote supple textures and complex aromas and flavors, creating wines that are finely balanced, thought-provoking, and delicious.

Join us Saturday, May 16 from 7:15pm - 9:00pm at Unwined as Will Hamilton, himself, takes us through a selection of six Violin wines. Chef Madeline will prepare perfectly paired light bites to keep us focused as we sip and learn.
