Ronchi di Cialla Ribolla Friuli Colli Orientali 2024 (BV 4-2)

This Ribolla Gialla hails from the sunlit slopes of Friuli’s Cialla Valley, where old vines and mineral-rich soils give the wine its bright personality and vivid freshness.  On the nose it offers notes of green apple, pear, and delicate white flowers, while on the palate it has a zesty acidity balanced with succulent fruit and a glimmer of flinty minerality. Pair with thinly sliced prosciutto, buttery gnocchi or pizza with white sauce!
