Floral and fresh on the nose with an intensity of wild berry and mineral energy on the palate, the Vincent Paris Cornas "Granit 30" 2023 is Northern Rhône Syrah at its most seductive. Rose water, blood orange, black cherry, and licorice unwind with remarkable freshness, all the way through to a long, juicy finish. The most approachable of Paris's Cornas cuvées, it's medium to full-bodied with a pure, layered mouthfeel and ripe tannins - gorgeous now, but with plenty of road ahead. Perfect alongside grilled lamb, roasted game, or a rich mushroom risotto.
