Patricia Green ranks among the regions iconic producers like Ken Wright, John Paul (Cameron Winery) and Mike Etzel (Beaux Freres) as visionaries that took the Willamette Valley from relative obscurity to a world-class wine region. Patricia worked for 10 years as a winemaker and manager for properties like Adelsheim and Torii Mor before starting her namesake winery in 2000 with partner Jim Anderson. The winery's focus is single vineyard Pinot Noir and is widely considered one of the top 10 producers in Oregon. Patricia's dedication to quality is second to none. In addition to the fruit from their estate vineyard in Ribbon Ridge, she collaborates with growers all over the valley to source the best fruit. This allows the winery to produce up to 20 different wines per vintage, each one a distinct expression of the Willamette's diverse terroir. The quality here is truly remarkable, putting Burgundy and top new world Pinot on its heels.
