Dealcoholized heritage apple wine blended with the juice of red grape varieties: Schwarzriesling, and Portugieser, plus white varieties: Kerner and Müller-Thurgau, aronia, lapsang souchong tea, extractions from herbs, flowers and spices. 0.2% abv. Still and gently pasteurized. The nose offers berry fruit, earth, multifaceted aromas of grapes with notes of black currant leaves and complexity. On the palate there's a sweet sour interplay, slightly acerbic with medium long finish and reminiscent of cool climate classic European red wine. Serve with smoked salmon, roasted meats, stews, and root vegetables. Serve cool 55 – 60 degrees.
