This high-intensity ruby red Malbec with attractive violet flashes shows impressive varietal typicity. It has aromatics of blackberries, cherries, and mature figs, as does the palate. It has pleasantly round tannins and pronounced length.
The cool and dry climate of this southern region of Mendoza is the ideal area for the development of fine grapes of superior quality. Produced from the following vineyards that surround the winery: Cañada Seca, Barrancas del Atuel and Finca Santa Luisa. The estate combines centuries of family tradition with state-of-the-art facilities. The average age of the vineyards is 40+ years old. All grapes were hand-harvested and aged in American oak for 90 days.
