Our friend and Baton Rouge native, Chef Scott Houghton takes on former Revel Chef Larry Blevins-Bellido for the best Gumbo crown! This is an all-you-care-to-eat event with the following Louisiana classics:

2 pounds Boiled Louisiana Crawfish with Seasoned Potatoes, Corn, and Andouille Sausage

Gumbo Sampler, 8oz each + rice: Chef Larry's Classic Chicken and Andouille + Chef Scott's Gluten Free Version.

3 Housemade Cajun Boudin Links with Pork, chicken livers, water, onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika, bay leaf, thyme, scallion, parsley, olive oil, rice, hog casings.

$75 per order, feeds 2. Tax and Gratuity not included.
