Our friend and Baton Rouge native, Chef Scott Houghton takes on former Revel Chef Larry Blevins-Bellido for the best Gumbo crown! This is an all-you-care-to-eat event with the following Louisiana classics:

Boiled Louisiana Crawfish with Seasoned Potatoes, Corn, and Andouille Sausage

Gumbo Sampler: Chef Larry's Classic Chicken and Andouille + Chef Scott's Gluten Free Version with or without rice.

Housemade Cajun Boudin Links with Pork, chicken livers, water, onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika, bay leaf, thyme, scallion, parsley, olive oil, rice, hog casings.

$75 per guest includes all you care to eat Crawfish boil menu above.
