"Big Italian" Class THIS FRIDAY NIGHT, May 16th- 8:30pm Featuring Barolo, Barbaresco, and Brunello- We'll put these great wines to the test as Jason Whiteside, Certified Specialist of Wine and WSET Diploma candidate, leads us through the site, smell, and taste of these Nebbiolo and Sangiovese based wines from Piemonte, Lombardy and Tuscany. Only 20 spots available for this special event. Reservations are required. $35 per guest. Note: Regional cheeses will be served, but you may want to eat something before you arrive.
West Coast Wine- Boutique Wineries of California, Oregon, & Washington Wednesday May 21st, 6-8pm Join our UNWINED staff and Gray Mosby of Nice Legs, LLC for a walk-around tasting of small production whites and reds from California and the Pacific Northwest. Bring a friend and stop by anytime between 6 and 8pm. Reservations are not required. Admission is free!
Blind Tasting Class Sunday June 1st, 5:30pm Learn how to taste like industry experts- Tasting a wine blind is one of the best ways to formulate an unbiased opinion while concentrating on every detail of the wine. Using the Court of Master Sommelier's blind tasting flow chart and Aroma wheel, our staff will lead this interactive, seated group tasting. Don't be intimidated, just put your palate to the test and have some fun while you're at it! Reservations are required. $15 per guest.
